Both public and Air France bus operations between the city centre and the airports are expected to continue - but will be hampered by increased road traffic. Normal SNCF operations are expected to resume Thursday morning. Details:- Eurostar: Paris - London; normal service. All TGV lines - 30% service, except normal service for Paris - Zurich. Paris surburban area SNCF - 30 to 50% service; Paris RER - 25 to 30% service. A new terminal for Eurostar at Gare du Nord opens today and the daily number of Paris - London Eurostar trains increases.
