3 for Everybody - means the same price for everybody, at 86 Paris cinemas with 372 screens. But three days only - from Sunday, 25. August until Tuesday, 27. August. Get ready for popcorn!

Itinerant Festival - starts out with 'Scaramouche' in the Arènes de Montmartre on Wednesday, 28. August and continues until Sunday while 'Donna Giovanni' begins the same day in the courtyard of the Mairie of the 2nd arrondissement. Two other shows follow in September, with 'Capitaine Fracasse' in the Arènes and the 'Lovers of Verona' in the courtyard of the Mairie of the 9th. Modes à Suivre 2 - is a showcase to 45 new and young clothing designers, perhaps offering a look at tomorrow's big names. From Friday, 6. September until Wednesday, 18. Le Nozze di Figaro - Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's big hit opera is playing again, beginning at 19:30 on Monday, 9 September. Other dates in September are the 12, 16, 18, and the 24th. Lieux Communs au Féminin Pluriel - Balzac's literary ladies were hardly models - they tended to be monsters, with good souls. Shown here in this exhibition of caricatures, by Monnier and Gavarni. Paris With a View - is a paraphrase of the photographic exhibition 'Paris au Plus Haut des Cieux,' which shows Philippe Muraro's affection for high places in the city. Chano, un Cubain à New York - is possibly, a 'big show.' On during the spring, it returns on Friday, 13. September and continues until Sunday, 29. September. Techno Parade - just when I thought this was replaced by something else, here it is, back again. Thank you, Jack Lang! On Saturday, 14. September. Destination is the Place de la Bastille. Fête de l'Humanité - is the newspaper's and the Communist Party's 'welcome back from holidays' annual three-day rock-and-folks' party featuring artists like Tito Fuentes. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 13, 14 and 15. September. Take the RER 'B' to Le Bourget and look for transport to La Courneuve's big park. Entry, 10 for the three days.

Manet - Velasquez - examines the 'Spanish manner' in the 19th century, in this big show beginning on Wednesday, 18. September and continuing until Sunday, 6. January 2003.
