Home cooking right here – if Mexico is home. Friday, 29. December:– My favorite street in New York is Roosevelt in Queens. Around Jackson Heights you think you are in a semi–working class barrio in South America. For this I didn't even need a subway card unless I wanted to get a view from the elevated 7 line. From the Woodside station you can see Manhattan's lights, but just outside the Jackson Heights station it's a million kilometres away, and only a short block from epicentre of America's Bollywood. All the world is in Queens and it's a perfect world if you consider that seaside holidays are only a subway ride away, at Coney Island.
