The only note of caution is that after filling in your order information and submitting the form, you will probably have to wait two minutes until there is a response. I suppose that everybody but me knows this already – so if you've read this sort of note before and know it off–by–heart – just consider that I've put it in for my own information. already Allan is not an amateur or part–time winemaker. He has worked in the business for decades, both in Europe and in the United States. By people who are discerning, the dry sparkling wine is considered to be fine, and this has been confirmed by several positive sessions of testing at locales in the Pacific Northwest.

However I have been with people who have and they found it to be a more than respectable champagne–method wine. In addition, I have spent a fair amount of time together with Allan. He knows his wines and he knows how to make them. As long as you are over 21, I am sure that having a moderate amount of Café Metropole Blanc de Blanc Sparkling Wine will give you much pleasure. |
